HCO PRO
HCO Artistry Pro is the same program we have known and loved for 6 seasons now. Dancers will receive a new theme month to month, focused on creativity and artistic expression. We will focus on the strengths and skills of our dancers while also captivating our audience with big feelings and moods. The objective of the Artistry program (for Ambassadors) is self-expression. We want to help our viewers feeeeeel, and we do that by capturing motion in a still image. Dancers auditioning for this program should be motivated by stunning images, artistic expression, and personal growth. Ambassadors will develop a confidence and self -awareness throughout the program that helps them both personally and professionally.
Artistry Pro Ambassadors are required to shoot month to month. The audition process for this special collective is a bit more in depth, and requires brand loyalty and exclusivity. Dancers should have solid technique, flexibility and an openness to create beautiful art with the other dancers in the program. We will commonly shoot in the studio, where our sets are unique from month to month.
*Artistry Pro dancers have specific expectations that we monitor closely. Not only are these dancers committed to shooting each month, but they’ll be required to support their fellow pros by commenting on all Ambassador posts, sharing HCO promo posts, posting weekly (at a minimum), and refraining from working with other brands simultaneously. Dancers participating in the Artistry Pro program are not actively seeking industry work or model opportunities. The Club side of our program offers that sort of flexibility, if that’s a priority for your dancer.
We closely monitor our pros each month, and if it seems as though our Ambassadors are ready to move on because the commitment becomes too much, we will ask them to move to the Club side of the program instead. Our pro spots receive specific time and attention (not to mention benefits) that should be reserved for kids who can give 100% in return. It’s not fair to the other pros who work so hard to support their peers, when one doesn’t pull their weight. The Pro side is a
